Student Portal
A personalized dashboard for students to access enrolled courses &s; progress tracking. Also provides access to certificates or badges for completed courses, meeting links, news, billing information and features courses.
Course Catalog
Open to the public or secured behind the login screen - Depending on your organization this screen can be open to the public or only available to your employees.
Search Function - Search for a course or for phrases in the description.
Standard and Customizable Filtering options available - this helps people narrow down to the course they are looking at.
Images to help represent the course - Select images to represent the course best.
Course Details
Showing Session or course basic information - Such as dates the session or course is running as well as the price listed for both student and auditor options.
Full Description of the Course - The description for the course setup is shown.
Speakers and Instructors - Both the speakers and instructors will be listed on this screen with a link to their bio
Custom Field - Any custom fields could be shown form the course or session screen to display information such as CEU information or Meeting time and day information.
Payment
Pay for other Options available - whether the payee is taking the course or not it can be set up.
Donation - Automatic or manually entered coupon/discount codes options available.
Coupons - Automatic or manually entered coupon/discount codes options available.
Secure Payment Options - The system offers a variety of secure payment options to aid in the collection of payments.
Customizable Dashboard
News - Display of company news articles.
Featured Courses – A selection of courses that are to be highlighted to everyone in the portal
Current Course Summary (top 5) - a list of the most recent courses accessed by the user with a link to enter the course. This also shows the progress of the course.
Upcoming Meetings - Any upcoming meetings that the student may have – and when the meeting is active a link will be displayed
Receipts - List of the payments and receipts with the ability to download or print.
Certificate - A list of any of the certificates the student might have earned.
Badges - A display of the badges the student earned.
My Courses
List of all Current and Past Courses - Ability to sort and search from all the courses the user has been enrolled into.
Access and Progress Listing for all courses - The student will be able to access any active courses, and they can also see the process they have made in the course or if they have
completed it.
