Susan Tripi DeLano is the founder of Rise Consulting Group whose goal is to work and connect with nonprofits to help them fund their mission. She has always had a passion for the industry saying, "I spent 20 years in the nonprofit sector filling any role and position available working my way up to nonprofit leadership. I wanted to take all of this experience and expertise especially in the area of fundraising to connect with smaller nonprofits in particular”.
Susan believes that a nonprofit organization should not only have a strong strategic plan, but also a strong fundraising plan, especially one that involves a monthly giving program. "One of the things that I recommend that every nonprofit incorporates in their fundraising strategy is a monthly giving program. What that’s going to do is build in consistent revenue, predictable revenue sustainable revenue for the organization right from the start”.
